Great Stay at the Peppers for Business Trip!

I was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. The heated U-shaped skyline pool on level 6 offered amazing, uninterrupted views over the Brisbane River and the CBD, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a long day. Our room, while a touch smaller than expected, was tidy and provided a fantastic view of the iconic Story Bridge. The interior of the hotel was well-maintained, and the staff were accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. Despite being in a bustling area, we felt secure and comfortable inside the hotel.

Clean and luxurious place, lovely staff. Very impressed with premium apartment. Great and awesome location with parking close to hotel. Amazing restaurant for lunch or dinner.

I stayed in the room that was cleaned daily with fresh towels and available with FANTASTIC views and laundry and the cupboard.

I recently stayed for a week due to a family member's hospital visit. The apartment offered a spacious layout with two bedrooms and a kitchen, which provided the convenience I needed. The friendly staff made check-in easy, and the rooftop pool was a lovely retreat after a long day. The hotel's location offered great accessibility to nearby restaurants and shops.

The venue was modern and luxurious, I liked the stay and the location was incredible next to adult shops and nightclubs as well as Woolworths. The staff were both exceptional and pleasant. Booked a room with exceptional views of the valley and bridge. The food they offered was great, had a wide range of meals. You guys made my stay memorable.

I really appreciated the spacious one-bedroom apartment and the comfy bed! The location is super convenient, making it easy to explore the area. Plus, the rooftop view was a nice bonus for unwinding after a busy day out. The gym facilities were also well-equipped, which I enjoyed.

We faced issues with communication; nobody answered when we needed help parking. The room wasn’t as clean as expected, with some stains and wrappers left behind. having to deal with broken items in the room was pretty disappointing. it didn't feel quite up to par for the cost.

it was cheap, new-fashioned and with the aircon in our apartment. the location was incredible and amazing, 20 km to brisbane airport, perfectly reachable.

we recently stayed at the peppers and found a mix of positives. the location was very convenient, close to public transport and local eateries. we enjoyed the amazing views from the rooftop pool, which was a relaxing spot despite the cooler weather. the apartment itself was clean, and the bed provided a comfortable night's sleep, making our stay quite cozy overall. friendly staff members were also a plus, doing their best to accommodate our needs.

During my recent stay at the peppers, I had a fantastic experience. the staff were accommodating, allowing us to change rooms to one that was larger and had a tv in the bedroom. we really appreciated their willingness to help us extend our stay. the amenities, including the pools and gym, were excellent, and we found the location perfect for accessing nearby restaurants and venues.

Loud parties and young students nearby. 😅.

The only minor drawback I encountered was a slight delay in room service.

The hotel breakfast menu could benefit from having more healthy options.

We totally vibed with the nearby Fortitude Valley, hitting up all the cool bars and munching on the best food. The apartment was super spacious, perfect for chilling after crazy nights out. Plus, the shower was a lifesaver after our late-night adventures!

The only bummer was the parking situation; it majorly crimped our style. We wished they had some better options for us young party-goers.

I had an overall great experience at the hotel! the staff were brilliant and super friendly, especially with our son. the pools were fabulous—just what we needed to unwind. And I loved the amount of natural light in the room. Definitely one of the better locations I've stayed at—close to all the things we wanted to see!

Rooms are really nice, they come with fresh towels and a free drink. Plus, there's a comfy couch to relax on. the staff here are super friendly, which is a big plus! 😊.
